You can use a tennis ball instead of a pinkie ball, but you do need a body rolling ball for the ball exercises. These are often available through Amazon or any health-and-wellness store.

The addition of the ball rolling enhances the effect of the yoga stretches and postures, allowing for a greater release and range of motion.
