This workout video is a wonderful combination of dance steps to get the heart rate up, stretches to lengthen those tight muscles, and strength movements for the bones and joints.
I offer modifications throughout to accommodate all fitness levels.
If you have hand weights, I recommend keeping a lighter set and a heavier set (for movements where you want more of a challenge) close at hand. If you don't have hand weights, as you can simply do the movements without them, working through the range of motion.
